Refunding Something

I've recently purchased 2 new exo pieces and I emailed Deepworld to refund the old exo pieces.
The only pieces I bought were
1 Onyx Exo Torso
1 Diamond Exo Leggings and if someone can help me I'd appreciate it!

    I don't think you can get refunded for any of your purches in this game. This is why I only buy the onyx versions ;)

    I was told by @lisa if I bought a new exo piece I should buy it first then email Deepworld about the old one.

    Then you have done what needs to be done, and now you just need to be patient while waiting for a response. Posting here on the forum won't help you, because no one here has the power to sort it out for you. Hang in there and keep an eye on your email -- Lisa will get to you eventually! :)
