Exoleg upgrade crowns refund ?

I bought myself a brass exoleg and was thinking about to get the onyx one, my question is can i get the onyx one cheapor or do i get some crowns back?

    We've always done upgrade refunds, with a restocking fee of course. Email and we can take care of it no problem.

    So i can upgrade to dialeg get refund and can upgrade to onyx leg and get another refund ?

    You can upgrade to dia and use a portion of your purchase of brass to pay for it, if that makes sense. I don't have the actual prices on me, but I will use pretend ones:

    If brass costs 100
    dia costs 200
    After a purchase of brass you can purchase diamond for 150 instead of 200. That gives a 50 crown credit for your purchase of brass. Does that make sense?

    You have to email though. There isn't a way to do that in game.

    Unfortunately with the game issues, all emails not about inventories etc have been pushed to the bottom of the to do list. I do have your email and will get to it as soon as possible. Sometimes we have to prioritize. Hang in there! Thanks for being patient!!!
