I bought the makup kit and utility belt and neither of them are working for me. Could I get a refund?

Do you have the belt in your accessory bar?
What device are you playing on?
If you want a refund, you need to send an email to
explaining the situation and asking for a refund. Nobody here on the forum can give you a refund
ETA: Make sure you send the email from the same email account you used when you created the game account. I think you can determine what account that is by typing "/register" while in game.

Okay thanks. And yes I have the items in my accesory slots and also I'm on Android.
That might be the reason why it won't work. Android is fairly new so not a lot of the stuff will work.
