Eat an entire bar of chocolate. I read somewhere that it’s scientifically proven that chocolate increases happiness levels. If that’s not actually true, I know it always helps me when I’m feeling down!
If you aren’t abstinent I would stay away from alcohol as it will kill your game on so many levels. A few things you should quit drinking are soda and caffeine as it doesn’t benefit you in any way. (The only thing I’ll still drink is Raspberry Brisk and the occasional Ginger Ale), don’t try to completely put yourself out there but try to kinda make it known you’re single and ready to mingle. If you believe you want to get healthier as well, eat more antioxidant rich foods and stay away from acidic stuff. Happy to help a brother out.
