Shroom Inspection quest bug

When i finished the Shroom Inspection quest, i returned to Isabella the Android. The bug is that i can't finish the quest and it says wait for a week or 2 for a new quest. I just want to finish this quest so i can go to Arthur the android.. Please help ASAP
